目的:通过比较经皮加压钢板(PCCP)及动力髋螺钉(DHS)固定的临床结果及安全性,明确经皮加压钢板治疗转子间骨折的特点。方法:系统地回顾2000年1月-2013年1月Medline、Embase、Sciencedirect、OVID、Cochrand Central database和中国生物医学文献数据库中的相关研究,比较PCCP及DHS治疗稳定转子间骨折的随机对照试验及准随机对照试验。结果:与DHS相比,PCCP可明显地缩短手术时间,减少失血及输血,并降低心血管事件的发生率。结论:PCCP具有明显地缩短手术时间、减少失血、降低心血管事件发生率等优势。
目的:通過比較經皮加壓鋼闆(PCCP)及動力髖螺釘(DHS)固定的臨床結果及安全性,明確經皮加壓鋼闆治療轉子間骨摺的特點。方法:繫統地迴顧2000年1月-2013年1月Medline、Embase、Sciencedirect、OVID、Cochrand Central database和中國生物醫學文獻數據庫中的相關研究,比較PCCP及DHS治療穩定轉子間骨摺的隨機對照試驗及準隨機對照試驗。結果:與DHS相比,PCCP可明顯地縮短手術時間,減少失血及輸血,併降低心血管事件的髮生率。結論:PCCP具有明顯地縮短手術時間、減少失血、降低心血管事件髮生率等優勢。
목적:통과비교경피가압강판(PCCP)급동력관라정(DHS)고정적림상결과급안전성,명학경피가압강판치료전자간골절적특점。방법:계통지회고2000년1월-2013년1월Medline、Embase、Sciencedirect、OVID、Cochrand Central database화중국생물의학문헌수거고중적상관연구,비교PCCP급DHS치료은정전자간골절적수궤대조시험급준수궤대조시험。결과:여DHS상비,PCCP가명현지축단수술시간,감소실혈급수혈,병강저심혈관사건적발생솔。결론:PCCP구유명현지축단수술시간、감소실혈、강저심혈관사건발생솔등우세。
Objective To evaluate the application of the percutanous compression plate in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures by comparing it with the dynamic hip screw using a meta-analysis method. Methods Medline, Embase, Sciencedirect, OVID, Cochrand Central database, CBM, and other relevant da-ta-bases were searched from 2000 to 2013. Randomized controlled trials (RCT) and quasi-Randomized con-trolled trials (qRCT) comparing the percutanous compression plate and the dynamic hip screw for the treatment of hip fractures were included. Clinical outcomes and complications were analyzed. Nine studies encompassing 914 patients were included. Results Meta-analysis showed that PCCP could significantly shorten the opera-tive time, reduce blood loss and transfusion volume, diminish the incidence of cardiovascular events. However, no significant differences could be seen in length of hospitalization, rate of walking without help, early mortality and other complications. Conclusion PCCP can be an effective treatment of the hip fracture with some advan-tages in compared with DHS.
