目的：探讨下肢深静脉血栓形成在不同季节发病的构成比差异及与分型、证候特点的关系。方法：对131例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，采集一般资料、发病时间、彩超结果、中医证候分型等，探讨其发病的季节性差异及证候特点。结果：3~8月份发病者多于9月~次年2月份，以3月份为全年发病的高峰；3~8月份周围型发病率高于9~次年2月份，气滞血瘀证型在3~8月份发病高于9月~次年2月份。结论：下肢深静脉血栓形成发病季节分布具有一定差异性，并且与分型、中医证候特点有一定关联。
목적：탐토하지심정맥혈전형성재불동계절발병적구성비차이급여분형、증후특점적관계。방법：대131례하지심정맥혈전형성환자적림상자료진행회고성분석，채집일반자료、발병시간、채초결과、중의증후분형등，탐토기발병적계절성차이급증후특점。결과：3~8월빈발병자다우9월~차년2월빈，이3월빈위전년발병적고봉；3~8월빈주위형발병솔고우9~차년2월빈，기체혈어증형재3~8월빈발병고우9월~차년2월빈。결론：하지심정맥혈전형성발병계절분포구유일정차이성，병차여분형、중의증후특점유일정관련。
Objective To investigate the incidence of deep venous thrombosis(DVT) in different seasons, and the different syndrome characteristics between them. Methods One hundred and thirty-one patients with DVT were clinically and retrospectively analyzed, by collecting the information of the incidence of DVT in dif-ferent seasons, the result of color doppler ultrasound, general information, and syndrome classification. Results The incidence of DVT from March to August was higher than that from September to February, and the num-ber of DVT patients in March was highest in the 12 months. The number of peripheral DVT was higher in March to August than that in September to February, but the number of central and mixed type DVT showed no difference between these two time segments. The number of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome increased in March to August, but the number of damp-heat syndrome and blood stasis damp pathogen syndrome showed no difference between these two time segments. Conclusion DVT has periodical variation, and has relationship with different pathogenic sites and TCM syndromes.
