目的：探讨腹腔镜联合胃镜技术治疗胃间质瘤（gastric stromal tumor，GST）的临床应用价值。方法：回顾分析2008年10月-2011年8月期间完成的28例腹腔镜联合胃镜手术治疗GST的临床资料，观察手术时间、术中出血、术后恢复进食时间、住院时间、并发症、病理结果等临床指标。结果：28例均获成功，腹腔镜联合胃镜手术平均时间65 min(50~100 min)，术中平均失血60 mL(30~100 mL)，术后恢复进食时间平均为2 d(1~4 d)，术后平均住院天数4 d(3~6 d)。结论：腹腔镜联合胃镜治疗GST是较为安全理想的微创术式。

목적：탐토복강경연합위경기술치료위간질류（gastric stromal tumor，GST）적림상응용개치。방법：회고분석2008년10월-2011년8월기간완성적28례복강경연합위경수술치료GST적림상자료，관찰수술시간、술중출혈、술후회복진식시간、주원시간、병발증、병리결과등림상지표。결과：28례균획성공，복강경연합위경수술평균시간65 min(50~100 min)，술중평균실혈60 mL(30~100 mL)，술후회복진식시간평균위2 d(1~4 d)，술후평균주원천수4 d(3~6 d)。결론：복강경연합위경치료GST시교위안전이상적미창술식。
Objective To study the combined laparoscopy and gastroscopy technique in surgical treatment of gastric stromal tumor(GST)and its clinical application. Methods Retrospective analysis of 28 cases of lap-aroscopic combined with endoscopic surgery in the treatment of GST was made on the operation time,postopera-tive recovery time, intraoperative bleeding,hospital stay,complications and clinical pathology results indicators. Results All cases were successful, the average time of laparoscopy combined gastroscopy was 65 min (50~100 min), the average intraoperative blood loss was 60 mL(30~100 mL), the average postoperative recovery time was 2 days (1~4 days). Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with gastroscopy surgical treatment of gastric stromal tumors is a safe minimally invasive procedure.
