维氏硬度在金属医疗器械的性能检测中应用广泛,通过数学模拟运算及试验,讨论了维氏硬度中不同试验力的不确定度。在放大400倍试验时,随着试验力的增加,不确定度减小;在条件允许的情况下,应当尽量选择比较大的试验力,以提高维氏硬度试验的准确性及重复性;在实际检测过程中,最好不选用显微维氏硬度试验。

Vickers hardness is widely used in the performance testing of the metal ic medical devices. It discusses the relationship between different test force and the uncertainty by mathematical simulation and experiment. With the increase of test force its uncertainty becomes smal er at 400 times magnification. If you can, you should try to choose a large test force, in order to improve the accuracy and repeatability. In the actual testing process, it is best not to use the micro vickers hardness test.
