采用自制TiO2作为光催化剂,利用光催化-混凝联合处理含Cr(Ⅵ)废水,研究了废水的pH值、催化剂用量、反应时间、有机物和混凝剂种类对含Cr(Ⅵ)废水中Cr(Ⅵ)去除率的影响。结果表明,在添加EDTA, pH值为1,紫外灯120 min左右,二氧化钛加入量为0.4 g,采用FeCl3和PAM作为混凝剂时, Cr(Ⅵ)的去除效率最好。

채용자제TiO2작위광최화제,이용광최화-혼응연합처리함Cr(Ⅵ)폐수,연구료폐수적pH치、최화제용량、반응시간、유궤물화혼응제충류대함Cr(Ⅵ)폐수중Cr(Ⅵ)거제솔적영향。결과표명,재첨가EDTA, pH치위1,자외등120 min좌우,이양화태가입량위0.4 g,채용FeCl3화PAM작위혼응제시, Cr(Ⅵ)적거제효솔최호。
This paper is to use homemade TiO2 as photocatalyst, photocatalytic reduction-coagula-tion combined treatment with Cr (Ⅵ) water, and study the effect of pH value, the dosage of photo-catalyst, reaction time, organic and coagulant species on the removal rate of Cr (Ⅵ) have been in-vestigated. The results indicated that EDTA was added into Cr (Ⅵ) aqueous solution, the removal rate of Cr (Ⅵ) is highest after 120 min illumination under pH=1.0, 0.4 g of TiO2 and FeCl3 with PAM as coagulants.
