通过分析秦皇岛森林资源现状可知，秦皇岛森林资源开发利用过程中主要存在森林分布不均、质量较低、人工林保存率低、护林资金匮乏等问题，并针对这些问题提出了加强森林资源生态功能的宣传工作、健全法制、加大退耕还林力度、强化管理，增加投入等秦皇岛森林资源可持续发展的对策。
통과분석진황도삼림자원현상가지，진황도삼림자원개발이용과정중주요존재삼림분포불균、질량교저、인공림보존솔저、호림자금궤핍등문제，병침대저사문제제출료가강삼림자원생태공능적선전공작、건전법제、가대퇴경환림력도、강화관리，증가투입등진황도삼림자원가지속발전적대책。
By analyzing the status of forest resources inQinhuangdao, it was found that there were several constraints in the process of development and utilization of forest resources in Qinhuangdao, such as unevenly distributed, low quality, low saving plantation, lack of funds for forest. In order to solve these problems, we had several advances such as to strengthen the propaganda of ecological functions of forest resources work, improve the legal system, increase the effort of returning cropland to forestland, strengthen management, which can provide the basis for improving the utilization of forest resources in Qinhuangdao.
