源于美国企业界的卓越绩效教育准则,是提高质量管理的理论与方法。该理论已经被世界各国的许多行业所接受,也同样被用于高等教育行业的质量管理,称之为卓越绩效教育准则。本文针对医学研究生教育的特点,结合卓越绩效教育准则( education criteria for performance ex-cellence,ECPE)的理论,构建了医学研究生教育质量管理体系,并就完善ECPE模式下医学研究生教育质量管理体系提出了几点思考。
