To reduce the cost of ammonia production,Liuzhou Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd introduced oxygen-rich continuous gasification process into the gasifier in First Ammonia Plant which originally adopting intermit-tent production process,and totally adopted shaped coal as raw material.This paper analyzes the shortages and advantages of two process,intermittent process and oxygen-rich process,through compare,presents opti-mized process conditions for shaped coal oxygen-rich continuous gasification.
