采用王水消解土壤样品,用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法同时测定土壤中砷锑的含量。研究并优化了载气及屏蔽气的流量,硼氢化钾的浓度,灯电流等试验条件。砷的质量浓度在0~500μg · L -1范围内,锑的质量浓度在0~250μg · L -1范围内与荧光强度呈线性关系。应用此方法分析了3份土壤样品,以标准加入法做回收率试验,回收率在98.0%~108.0%之间。

HG -AFS was applied to the determinations of arsenic in soil with aqua regia assisted sample di-gestion . The flow rates of carrier gas and shielded gas , concentration of potassium borohydride , electrical current of lamp were studied and optimized . Linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity and mass concentration of Arsenic was found in the range of 500 μg.L -1 . The proposed method was applied to the analysis of 3 soil samples , and values of recovery found by standard addition method were in range of 98 .0% to 108 .0% .
