朝鲜大同郡某钛铁矿矿砂主要铁矿物为钛铁矿,少量为磁铁矿和褐铁矿。试验对溜槽重选,溜槽重选粗精矿磨矿-摇床重选、原矿分级重选等工艺流程进行了试验研究,最后确定采用原矿分级+0.25 mm做钛精矿1,-0.25~+0.15 mm 粒级和-0.15 mm粒级重选精矿磨矿-摇床重选得钛精矿2的工艺流程,试验获得钛精矿1 T iO2品位45.84%,回收率40.84%,钛精矿2 T iO2品位44.26%,回收率30.11%。

The main iron ore of an ilmenite ore was ilmenite with a small amount of magnetite and limonite in Datong County of North Korea . Test of gravity separation of chute , rough concentrate of gravity sepa-ration of chute grinding and gravity separation of shaking table , classification and gravity separation process of the run -of -mine were studied ,the run -of -mine was separated +0 .25 mm grade for No .1 titanium concentrate , gravity separation concentrate of -0 .25~ +0 .15 mm and -0 .15mm grade grind-ing and gravity separation of shaking table was obtained for No . 2 titanium concentrate . No .1 titanium concentrate with 45 .84% of TiO2 was obtained with the TiO2 recovery of 40 .84% ,No .2 titanium concen-trate with 44 .26% of TiO2 was obtained with the TiO2 recovery of 30 .11% .
