锌指核酸酶(zinc finger nuclease,ZFNs)和转录激活因子样效应物核酸酶(transcription activator-like effector nucleases,TALENs)技术是基因靶向修饰的重要方法,为各大领域尤其是遗传疾病的基因治疗带来广阔的前景.该文对ZFNs与TALENs的作用机制、应用领域和局限性进行比较,为基因修饰研究工作的开展提供参考.
鋅指覈痠酶(zinc finger nuclease,ZFNs)和轉錄激活因子樣效應物覈痠酶(transcription activator-like effector nucleases,TALENs)技術是基因靶嚮脩飾的重要方法,為各大領域尤其是遺傳疾病的基因治療帶來廣闊的前景.該文對ZFNs與TALENs的作用機製、應用領域和跼限性進行比較,為基因脩飾研究工作的開展提供參攷.

The technologies using Zinc finger nuclease (ZFNs) and transcription activator-like effector nucleases (TALENs) are important methods for genetic modification,and show great potentials in many fields,especially for the therapies of genetic diseases.In this paper,we compared ZFNs and TALENs from several aspects,including the mechanisms,application fields and limitations,and provide some data and comments which are to be useful for the research work of genetic modification.
