研究了辛硫磷颗粒剂在甘蔗、植株和土壤中的残留及消解动态。结果表明:辛硫磷最小检出量为0.05 ng;在植株、甘蔗及土壤中的最低检测浓度为0.01 mg/kg。辛硫磷在植株中添加回收率为80.05%~89.12%,相对标准偏差为3.20%~7.16%;甘蔗中添加回收率为81.21%~101.81%,相对标准偏差为2.94%~11.23%;土壤中添加回收率为79.88%~100.97%,相对标准偏差为5.19%~8.27%。辛硫磷在植株中的半衰期为2.5~2.6 d,在土壤中的半衰期为3.5~5.1 d。

The final rusidues and dynamic degradation of phoxim in sugarcane, plants and soil were studied by GC. The results showed that the detection limit of phoxim was 0.05 ng, the limits of quantification were 0.01 mg/kg in plant, sugarcane and soil. The fortified recoveries were 80.05%-89.12%with the relative standard deviation of 3.20%-7.16%in plants, the fortified recoveries were 81.21%-101.81%with the relative standard deviation of 2.94%-11.23%in sugarcane, and the fortified recoveries were 79.88%-100.97% with the relative standard deviation of 5.19%-8.27% in soil. The half-life of phoxim in plants and soil were 2.5-2.6 d and 3.5-5.1 d, respectively.
