研究了(R)-(-)-α-异丙基-4-氯苯乙酸二乙胺盐的消旋利用工艺,不需要溶剂和添加碱或酸,直接回流反应5 h可消旋化得到(±)-α-异丙基-4-氯苯乙酸,其质量分数大于98%,比旋光度[20α]D=0。该消旋产物经过拆分得到(S)-(+)-α-异丙基-4-氯苯乙酸,完全适用于S-氰戊菊酯的合成。

Racemization technology of diethylamine (R)-(-)-α-isopropyl-4-chlorophenyl acetate and its application were studied in this paper. (±)-α-isopropyl-4-chlorobenzene acetic acid could be obtained by refluxing 5 hours without solvent, alkali and acid, and the content of racemate was more than 98%, 20D[α] =0. (S)-(+)-α-isopropyl-4-chlorobenzene acetic acid was obtained by separating (±)-α-isopropyl-4-chlorobenzene acetic acid and completely suitable to synthe-size esfenvalerate.
