克深206井是库车坳陷克拉苏构造带克深区带克深1-2号构造的一口五开生产评价直井,该井面临着上部地层倾角大易井斜、吉迪克组含砾地层机械钻速低、古近系库姆格列木群盐膏层段易卡钻、白垩系巴什基奇克组机械钻速低、压力窗口窄、井壁不稳、易卡易漏等钻井技术难题。针对上述难点,应用了PDC优选技术、垂直钻井技术、穿盐膏层钻井液体系优选等钻井提速配套技术。通过应用钻井提速配套技术,克深206井钻井速度实现了大幅度的提高,钻井周期250 d11h,较区块平均周期相比缩短47.5%。克深206井钻井提速配套技术为今后克深1-2构造钻井施工作业提供了宝贵的经验。

Well Keshen-206 in Kelasu tectonic zone is a iffth spud production evaluation well. The well faces large dip angle and easy inclination in upper formation, low ROP of Jidike gravel formation, easy pipe stucking of Paleogene Kumugeliemu group salt layer, low ROP of Cretaceous Bashijiqike formation, narrow pressure window, wellbore instability, easy leakage and other drilling dififculties. In view of the dififculties above, through the use of PDC bit optimization technology, vertical well drilling technology, and salt layer drilling lfuid system optimization, the drilling speed of Well Keshen 206 is improved signiifcantly. The drilling cycle is 250 days and 11 hours, being shortened by 47.5%, compared with the same block drilling cycle. The technique provides a valuable experience for future drilling operation in Keshen 1-2 deep tectonic.
