研究了7-(4-安替吡啉偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉与锆(Ⅳ)的显色反应条件。结果表明:在pH为4的邻苯二甲酸氢钾缓冲溶液中,7-(4-安替吡啉偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉与锆(Ⅳ)形成一种橘黄色的络合物,其最大吸收峰位于480 nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为3.43×104 L · mol-1· cm-1,在25 mL溶液中,锆质量在0~40μg范围内符合比尔定律。
研究瞭7-(4-安替吡啉偶氮)-8-羥基喹啉與鋯(Ⅳ)的顯色反應條件。結果錶明:在pH為4的鄰苯二甲痠氫鉀緩遲溶液中,7-(4-安替吡啉偶氮)-8-羥基喹啉與鋯(Ⅳ)形成一種橘黃色的絡閤物,其最大吸收峰位于480 nm處,錶觀摩爾吸光繫數為3.43×104 L · mol-1· cm-1,在25 mL溶液中,鋯質量在0~40μg範圍內符閤比爾定律。
연구료7-(4-안체필람우담)-8-간기규람여고(Ⅳ)적현색반응조건。결과표명:재pH위4적린분이갑산경갑완충용액중,7-(4-안체필람우담)-8-간기규람여고(Ⅳ)형성일충귤황색적락합물,기최대흡수봉위우480 nm처,표관마이흡광계수위3.43×104 L · mol-1· cm-1,재25 mL용액중,고질량재0~40μg범위내부합비이정률。
The conditions of color reaction of zirconium (Ⅳ)with 7-(4-antipyrinylazo )-8-hdroxyquinoline were studied .The results show that zirconium (Ⅳ) reactes with 7-(4-antipyrinylazo )-8-hdroxyquinoline in the medium of potassium hydrogen phthalate buffer solution at pH 4 .0 to form an orange yellow complex with maximum absorption wavelength at 480 nm ,the apparent molar absorption coefficient being 3 .43 × 104 L · mol-1 · cm-1 .Beers’law is obeyed in the range of 0~40 μg of zirconium (Ⅳ) mass in the 25 mL solution .
