研究了在过碱中和基础上,采用浓密机底流回流分段中和法处理铀矿山酸性废水。结果表明:底流回流比在0.05~0.1之间可以充分利用余灰进行中和;与直接中和法相比,分段中和法可以使灰耗量降低25%左右,沉降速度提高0.55 m m/m in ,沉降效果得到改善;而且污泥产生量低,成本低,同时结垢减少,设备和管道腐蚀减轻。

On the basis of excess lime neutralization ,acidic wastewater from uranium mine was treated using thickener underflow by subsection neutralization process .The results show that the wastewater can be full neutralized at the conditions of underflow reflux ratio of 0 .05-0 .1 .Compared with direction neutralization process ,the subsection neutralization process ’ s lime consumption decreases 25% and sedimentation velocity increases 0 .55 mm/min ,the sedimentation situation is improved with the lower amount of concentrate sludge ,lower disposing cost .Simultaneously ,the dirt quantity reduces ,and the corrosion of dirt to equipment and pipes alleviates .
