研究了用硫酸直接从循环流化床粉煤灰中浸出氧化铝,考察了温度、浸出时间与硫酸浓度等因素对氧化铝浸出率的影响。结果表明:浸出温度和时间对Al2 O3浸出率影响较大,硫酸浓度影响较小;在浸出温度180℃、浸出时间5 h、液固体积质量比5∶1、硫酸初始浓度3.7 mol/L条件下,Al2 O3浸出率达94.16%,Fe2 O3浸出率为95.1%,其他杂质浸出率都较低。
研究瞭用硫痠直接從循環流化床粉煤灰中浸齣氧化鋁,攷察瞭溫度、浸齣時間與硫痠濃度等因素對氧化鋁浸齣率的影響。結果錶明:浸齣溫度和時間對Al2 O3浸齣率影響較大,硫痠濃度影響較小;在浸齣溫度180℃、浸齣時間5 h、液固體積質量比5∶1、硫痠初始濃度3.7 mol/L條件下,Al2 O3浸齣率達94.16%,Fe2 O3浸齣率為95.1%,其他雜質浸齣率都較低。
연구료용류산직접종순배류화상분매회중침출양화려,고찰료온도、침출시간여류산농도등인소대양화려침출솔적영향。결과표명:침출온도화시간대Al2 O3침출솔영향교대,류산농도영향교소;재침출온도180℃、침출시간5 h、액고체적질량비5∶1、류산초시농도3.7 mol/L조건하,Al2 O3침출솔체94.16%,Fe2 O3침출솔위95.1%,기타잡질침출솔도교저。
Direct leaching of Al2 O3 from circulating fluid bed fly ash using sulfuric acid was researched . The effect of leaching temperature ,time and sulfuric acid concentration on leaching rate of Al2 O3 were examined .T he experimental results show that the leaching temperature and time influence markedly the leaching rate of Al2 O3 ,and effect of sulfuric concentration is not obvious .When temperature is 180℃ ,leaching time is 5 h ,the ratio between liquid volumetric and solid mass is 5∶1 and sulfuric acid initial concentration is 3 .7 mol/L ,the leaching rate of Al2 O3 and Fe2 O3 can reach 94 .16% and 95 .1% , leaching rate of other impurities are lower .
