针对铜渣的物相组成,研究了加压酸浸有价金属,考察了铜渣粒度、搅拌速度、温度、时间、氧气体积分数、浸出剂硫酸质量浓度、液固体积质量比对有价金属浸出率的影响。通过试验,确定了最佳工艺参数:浸出温度80℃,液固体积质量比4.5∶1,浸出剂硫酸质量浓度105 g/L ,m(铜)∶ m(酸)=1∶1.74,氧气体积分数≥30%,氧气压力0.2 M Pa ,浸出时间4 h ,搅拌速度500 r/min。最佳条件下,有价金属浸出率分别为:铜≥92%,镉≥99%,锌≥46%,锗≥70%,铟≥70%;铅100%、银≥97%留在浸出渣中。
針對銅渣的物相組成,研究瞭加壓痠浸有價金屬,攷察瞭銅渣粒度、攪拌速度、溫度、時間、氧氣體積分數、浸齣劑硫痠質量濃度、液固體積質量比對有價金屬浸齣率的影響。通過試驗,確定瞭最佳工藝參數:浸齣溫度80℃,液固體積質量比4.5∶1,浸齣劑硫痠質量濃度105 g/L ,m(銅)∶ m(痠)=1∶1.74,氧氣體積分數≥30%,氧氣壓力0.2 M Pa ,浸齣時間4 h ,攪拌速度500 r/min。最佳條件下,有價金屬浸齣率分彆為:銅≥92%,鎘≥99%,鋅≥46%,鍺≥70%,銦≥70%;鉛100%、銀≥97%留在浸齣渣中。

Based on the constitutes of copper slag ,pressure leaching of copper and else valuable metals from the copper slag using sulfuric acid was researched .The effects of copper slag granularity ,stirring speed ,leaching temperature ,leaching time ,oxygen concentration ,sulfuric acid concentration ,the ratio between liquid and solid on leaching rate of copper and else valuable metals were examined .The optimum process parameters were determined .The results show that under the conditions of leaching temperature of 80 ℃ ,the ratio between liquid and solid of 4 .5∶1 ,sulfuric acid concentration of 105 g/L ,the mass ratio between copper and acid of 1∶1 .74 ,oxygen concentration≥30% ,oxygen pressure of 0 .2 M Pa ,leaching time of 4 h ,stirring speed of 500 r/min ,the leaching rate of valuable metals are that :Cu≥92% ,Cd≥99% ,Zn≥46% ,Ge≥70% ,In≥70% ,Pb and Ag retain in the leaching residues .
