研究了采用氨浸出锌- H2 SiF6浸出铅的两段浸出工艺从含锌烟灰中回收锌和铅,考察了 H2 SiF6用量、液固体积质量比、搅拌速度、浸出时间和温度对铅浸出的影响。试验结果表明:在 H2 SiF6用量为1.8 mL/g、液固体积质量比5∶1、浸出时间30 min、温度70℃、搅拌速度150 r/min条件下,铅浸出率达95.72%。
研究瞭採用氨浸齣鋅- H2 SiF6浸齣鉛的兩段浸齣工藝從含鋅煙灰中迴收鋅和鉛,攷察瞭 H2 SiF6用量、液固體積質量比、攪拌速度、浸齣時間和溫度對鉛浸齣的影響。試驗結果錶明:在 H2 SiF6用量為1.8 mL/g、液固體積質量比5∶1、浸齣時間30 min、溫度70℃、攪拌速度150 r/min條件下,鉛浸齣率達95.72%。

Recovery of zinc and lead by two-stages leaching process using ammonia solution to leach zinc and using H2SiF6 solution to leach lead was studied .The effects of H2 SiF6 amount ,ratio between liquid and solid ,reaction time and reaction temperature on leaching of lead were examined .The results show that under the optimal conditions of H2 SiF6 amount of 1 .8 mL/g ,the ratio between liquid and solid of 5∶1 ,reaction time of 30 min and reaction temperature of 70 ℃ ,the leaching rate of lead is 95 .72% .
