目的:探讨腹腔镜手术全麻诱导前单剂地塞米松对血糖及单核细胞功能的影响。方法:择期行腹腔镜手术患者40例随机均分为2组:地塞米松组( D组)静注地塞米松10 mg;生理盐水组( S组)给予生理盐水2 ml。测定用药前和用药10 min、20 min、30 min、40 min、50 min和60 min血糖;流式细胞仪检测术后第1天CD14/HLA-DR阳性的单核细胞百分率。结果:两组患者用药前后血糖均无明显变化;两组术后第1天CD14/HLA-DR阳性的单核细胞百分率亦无明显差异。结论:全麻诱导前单剂地塞米松10 mg不影响手术患者的血糖水平及单核细胞功能。
目的:探討腹腔鏡手術全痳誘導前單劑地塞米鬆對血糖及單覈細胞功能的影響。方法:擇期行腹腔鏡手術患者40例隨機均分為2組:地塞米鬆組( D組)靜註地塞米鬆10 mg;生理鹽水組( S組)給予生理鹽水2 ml。測定用藥前和用藥10 min、20 min、30 min、40 min、50 min和60 min血糖;流式細胞儀檢測術後第1天CD14/HLA-DR暘性的單覈細胞百分率。結果:兩組患者用藥前後血糖均無明顯變化;兩組術後第1天CD14/HLA-DR暘性的單覈細胞百分率亦無明顯差異。結論:全痳誘導前單劑地塞米鬆10 mg不影響手術患者的血糖水平及單覈細胞功能。
목적:탐토복강경수술전마유도전단제지새미송대혈당급단핵세포공능적영향。방법:택기행복강경수술환자40례수궤균분위2조:지새미송조( D조)정주지새미송10 mg;생리염수조( S조)급여생리염수2 ml。측정용약전화용약10 min、20 min、30 min、40 min、50 min화60 min혈당;류식세포의검측술후제1천CD14/HLA-DR양성적단핵세포백분솔。결과:량조환자용약전후혈당균무명현변화;량조술후제1천CD14/HLA-DR양성적단핵세포백분솔역무명현차이。결론:전마유도전단제지새미송10 mg불영향수술환자적혈당수평급단핵세포공능。
Objective:To investigate the effects of intravenous dexametha-sone injection before anesthesia induction in laparoscopic operation on the blood glucose levels and functions of mononuclear cells .Methods:Forty patients undergone selective laparoscopic surgery were equally randomized into two groups of either dexamethasone injection ( D group) or saline ad-ministration(S group).Before anesthesia induction,10 mg dexamethasone injected intravenously for D group and 2 ml normal saline was adminis-tered for S group as control.Blood glucose levels were determined before induction and at 10,20,30,40,50 and 60 min after induction,respective-ly.Flow cyometry was used to detect the positive expression rate of HLA-DR/CD14 in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells on the first postoper-ative day.Results:The concentrations of blood glucose and expression rate of peripheral HLA-DR/CD14 remained no significant changes in both groups before and after surgery and on the first postoperative day ( P >0.05)Conclusion:Single intravenous dose of 10 mg dexamethasone injec-tion before anesthesia induction does not produce impact on the blood glu-cose levels and functions of mononuclear cells in patients undergoing lapa-roscopic surgery.
