针对某锰厂生产过程中产生的锰渣,采用磁选工艺进行选矿试验,考察了磁场强度对选矿的影响。通过两次扫选,得到锰品位22.46%的锰精矿,锰回收率为49.08%。
針對某錳廠生產過程中產生的錳渣,採用磁選工藝進行選礦試驗,攷察瞭磁場彊度對選礦的影響。通過兩次掃選,得到錳品位22.46%的錳精礦,錳迴收率為49.08%。

In view of manganese slag produced in a manganese plant ,dressing experiments by magnetic separation were carried out .The effect of magnetic field intensity on dressing was examined .By two times scavenging ,manganese concentrate with grading 22 .46% was obtained ,the recovery rate was 58 .8% .
