目的：观察十味龙胆花颗粒治疗痰热壅肺证的临床疗效.方法：将入选病人随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组服用十味龙胆花颗粒，对照组服用芩暴红止咳颗粒.观察治疗前后中医证候积分变化情况，评价十味龙胆花颗粒治疗痰热壅肺证的临床疗效.结果：中医证候疗效分析十味龙胆花颗粒组临床痊愈74例，显效66例，有效22例，无效4例，痊愈率44.578%，愈显率84.337%；芩暴红止咳颗粒组痊愈16例，显效26例，有效11例，无效3例，痊愈率28.571%，愈显率75.00%.总痊愈率十味龙胆花颗粒组优于芩暴红止咳颗粒组（P<0.05）.主要症状疗效分析：十味龙胆花颗粒组咳嗽症状痊愈95例，显效10例，有效51例，无效11例，痊愈率57.229%，愈显率63.253%；芩暴红止咳颗粒组咳嗽症状痊愈18例，显效6例，有效20例，无效12例，痊愈率32.143%，愈显率42.857%.十味龙胆花颗粒组优于芩暴红止咳颗粒组（P<0.05）.结论：十味龙胆花颗粒有较好的止咳作用，对痰热壅肺证有良好的临床疗效.

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shiwei Longdanhua granules in the treatment of syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung. Methods:The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group was given Shiwei Longdanhua granules, the control group was given Qinbaohong Zhike granules. Through observing the changes of TCM syndrome integral before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shiwei Longdanhua granules in the treatment of syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung. Results:Analysis of cura-tive effect on TCM syndrome:in the treatment group, 74 cases were cured, 66 cases were markedly improved, 22 cases were effective, 4 cases were invalid, the recovery rate was 44.578%, the cure and marked effective rate was 84.337%;in the control group, 16 cases were cured, 26 cases were markedly improved, 11 cases were effective, 3 cases were in-valid, the recovery rate was 28.571%, the cure and marked effective rate was 75.000%. Analysis of the curative effect on cardinal symptoms of cough:in the treatment group, 95 cases were cured, 10 cases were markedly improved, 51 cas-es were effective, 11 cases were invalid, the recovery rate was 57.229%, the cure and marked effective rate was 63.253%;in the control group, 18 cases were cured, 6 cases were markedly improved, 20 cases were effective, 12 cases were invalid, the recovery rate was 32.143%, the cure and marked effective rate was 42.857%. The clinical effect in the treatment group was superior to that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Shiwei Longdanhua granules can improve the symptoms of cough and expectoration of syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung, and has a good clinical effect.
