本文以二倍体刺槐和四倍体刺槐为试验材料,利用电子显微镜细胞化学方法对H+~ATPase进行定位,电镜下观察的黑色铅沉淀量与H+~ATPase的活性成正相关,结果表明:NaCl胁迫显著地提高了两种刺槐质膜的H+~ATPase活性,随着盐胁迫时间的延长,二倍体刺槐的质膜H+~ATPase活性呈现先上升再降低的趋势,而四倍体刺槐质膜H+~ATPase活性在整个实验过程中均呈现上升趋势,因此质膜H+~ATPase可能在四倍体刺槐的抗盐胁迫过程中起着重要作用。

본문이이배체자괴화사배체자괴위시험재료,이용전자현미경세포화학방법대H+~ATPase진행정위,전경하관찰적흑색연침정량여H+~ATPase적활성성정상관,결과표명:NaCl협박현저지제고료량충자괴질막적H+~ATPase활성,수착염협박시간적연장,이배체자괴적질막H+~ATPase활성정현선상승재강저적추세,이사배체자괴질막H+~ATPase활성재정개실험과정중균정현상승추세,인차질막H+~ATPase가능재사배체자괴적항염협박과정중기착중요작용。
This study examined the effect of salinity tolerance on the activity of plasma membrane H+~ATPase in tetra-ploid and diploid R. pseudoacacia, application of the ultracytochemical localization of H+~ATPase in leaves. The re-sults show that:in tetraploid R. pseudoacacia, the activity of plasma membrane H+~ATPase always was elevated as the time of NaCl stress is increased, while in diploid R. pseudoacacia, it increased at early stage and then decreased at lat-er. Therefore plasma membrane H+~ATPase may be play an important role in the process of resistance to salt stress in tetraploid R. pseudoacacia.
