本实验探讨了固载脂肪酶催化蓖麻油和甲醇酯交换反应制备生物柴油,研究了醇油摩尔比、反应时间与温度等因素对酯化反应的影响.通过固载脂肪酶,很大程度上增强了其稳定性和抗酸碱性,提高了酶的重复使用率,节约成本.结果表明:固载脂肪酶催化酯交换反应最佳反应条件为醇油物质的量比为6∶1,固载酶2%(油重),反应时间为2 h,反应温度为50℃,蓖麻油的转化率最高为92.44%.
本實驗探討瞭固載脂肪酶催化蓖痳油和甲醇酯交換反應製備生物柴油,研究瞭醇油摩爾比、反應時間與溫度等因素對酯化反應的影響.通過固載脂肪酶,很大程度上增彊瞭其穩定性和抗痠堿性,提高瞭酶的重複使用率,節約成本.結果錶明:固載脂肪酶催化酯交換反應最佳反應條件為醇油物質的量比為6∶1,固載酶2%(油重),反應時間為2 h,反應溫度為50℃,蓖痳油的轉化率最高為92.44%.

This study investigated the preparation of biological diesel oil by the reaction of castor oil and methanol cata-lyzed by immobilized lipase. In addition, the effect of factor factor such as molar ratio of methanol to castor oil, reaction time and temperature on the transesterification has been studied. Immobilization of lipase by a large extent, enhancing its stability and acid alkaline, can increase the enzyme reuse and cost savings. The results showed that the optimal con-ditions of transesterification was methanol to oil molar ratio of 6:1, immobilized enzyme 2%(heavy oil), reaction time of 2 h, Temperature of 50℃and the conversion rate of castor oil was 92.44%.
