目的:探讨新疆哈萨克族成人指骨长度与身高的关系。方法:随机选择健康哈萨克族成人200例(男女各100例)进行双手后前位X线摄片,分别测量受检者各节指骨长度和身高,计算各节指骨长度的平均数、标准差和标准误,并且从各节指骨长度推断指骨长度与身高的逐步回归方程。结果:男性和女性各节指骨长度之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经相关分析建立了哈萨克族成人通过指骨长度推断身高的3个逐步回归方程(Y1=119.985+2.320YM2,Y2=107.058+1.468YM2+0.972ZX1,Y3=104.080+0.912YM2+0.906ZX1+0.931YH3)。结论:右侧拇指第二节指骨长度、右侧环指第三节指骨长度和左侧小指第一节指骨长度建立的回归方程更为合理,对推断身高简单实用,具有较高的参考价值。

목적:탐토신강합살극족성인지골장도여신고적관계。방법:수궤선택건강합살극족성인200례(남녀각100례)진행쌍수후전위X선섭편,분별측량수검자각절지골장도화신고,계산각절지골장도적평균수、표준차화표준오,병차종각절지골장도추단지골장도여신고적축보회귀방정。결과:남성화녀성각절지골장도지간적차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。경상관분석건립료합살극족성인통과지골장도추단신고적3개축보회귀방정(Y1=119.985+2.320YM2,Y2=107.058+1.468YM2+0.972ZX1,Y3=104.080+0.912YM2+0.906ZX1+0.931YH3)。결론:우측무지제이절지골장도、우측배지제삼절지골장도화좌측소지제일절지골장도건립적회귀방정경위합리,대추단신고간단실용,구유교고적삼고개치。
Objective: To study the dependencies between finger length and height of the Kazak adult in Xinjiang.Methods:Healthy Kazak adults ( male 100, female 100 ) were included in the study randomly , Both hands posterior-anterior X-ray films were carried out , and the corresponding finger length and height were measur-ed.The mean of phalanx length , standard deviation and standard error were calcutaled , and stepwise regression equation of phalanx length and height were inferred .Results:There were significantly differences between male and female phalanx length ( P <0.01 ) .Through the correlation analysis three stepwise regression equation were established by which the Kazak adult height could be deduced ( Y1 =119.985+2.320YM2 ,Y2 =107.058+1.468YM2 +0.972ZX1,Y3 =104.080+0.912YM2 +0.906ZX1 +0.931YH3).Conclusion: The regression equation launched by the length of second phalanx of the left thumb or length of the third phalanx of right ring finger or the length of the first phalanx of left pinkie finger are more reasonable .They are simple , practical , high reference value to used to infer the height .
