The solution of using online auction procurement system Struts+Spring+Hiberate framework technology development of higher vocational colleges,and a detailed description of theprocess,the rapid development and the effective design of the system results show that,compared with the traditional SSHtechnology and software development technology has a strong advantage maintenance and scalability in terms of efficiency,software development.
