随着社会快速发展,教师面临教学提高、专业能力更新还有生存的双重压力。教师是人类灵魂的工程师,担负教书育人的重要责任,首先应该是有思想有幸福感的人,如何在以人为本的环境制度下探索文化自觉与幸福感的关系,教师如何获得人本主义文化自觉功能下的幸福,是值得我们探索的。
隨著社會快速髮展,教師麵臨教學提高、專業能力更新還有生存的雙重壓力。教師是人類靈魂的工程師,擔負教書育人的重要責任,首先應該是有思想有倖福感的人,如何在以人為本的環境製度下探索文化自覺與倖福感的關繫,教師如何穫得人本主義文化自覺功能下的倖福,是值得我們探索的。
수착사회쾌속발전,교사면림교학제고、전업능력경신환유생존적쌍중압력。교사시인류령혼적공정사,담부교서육인적중요책임,수선응해시유사상유행복감적인,여하재이인위본적배경제도하탐색문화자각여행복감적관계,교사여하획득인본주의문화자각공능하적행복,시치득아문탐색적。
With the rapid development of society,teachers are faced with teaching to improve professional ability,industry update and survival of dual pressure. The teacher is the engineer of the human soul,shoulder the important responsibility in teaching and educating people,first of all should have the idea of happy people,how to explore the relationship between the cultural consciousness and the sense of happiness in the people-oriented environment system,teachers how to obtain the function of humanism in cultural consciousness of happiness,is worth exploring.
