目前国内外对我国南传佛教的研究主要集中于西双版纳和德宏，而对景谷地区的南传佛教研究较少，研究中也存在一定的盲点。故而，理清景谷傣族南传佛教的传播历史和发展状况对我们从宏观上把握整个中国南传佛教区的历史和文化是具有一定重要价值和意义的。该文通过对汉文古籍和傣文古籍的分析对比，辅以一定的田野调查资料，对景谷南传佛教的传播，经文系统和所使用文字进行一些探讨，抛砖引玉，以期引起方家的注意。

Nowadays, the researches of Theravada Buddhism in Dai districts are focused on Sipsongpanna and Dehong both inside and outside China, while the Jinggu Dai people and Yi people Autonomous County has received much less scholarly and public attention, moreover, there are some blind spots in the research. Thus, it is important to make clear of the history and development of Theravada Buddhism in Jinggu Dai people district for understanding the history and cultures of Theravada Buddhism in China. In this thesis, the author will discuss the spread of Theravada Buddhism and its manuscripts’ system of Jinggu through a comparison of Chinese and Tai manuscripts with some fieldworks. The author expects that this subject will raise attention from more scholars and welcome criticism on this article.
