通过静态实验分析双电场电脱水工艺下温度、电场强度、组合不同电场各自停留时间对原油脱水效果的影响规律,根据静态实验结果确定不同电场的极板布置并优化各项操作条件。设计制造双电场电脱水器,在动态试验装置上对静态实验结果进行验证。实验结果表明,在电压4500 V、温度90℃、双电场停留时间分配各为15 min时,该脱水器对含水70%和80%原油乳化液脱后含水率分别为0.44%和0.38%,通过一级分离即可满足原油脱后含水小于0.5%的外输指标,脱水效果非常理想。

The influence law of temperature, electric field intensity and retention time in various electric fields on crude oil dehydration rate by the electric dehydrator with double electric fields was analyzed in the static state experiments. According to the analysis results, electrode plate space in different electric fields was determined;experiment conditions were optimized as well. The manufactured electric dehydrator with double electric fields was tested in the dynamic testing device to verify the static state experiment results. The results show that, water content of crude oil emulsion can be reduced from 70%to 0.44%and from 80%to 0.38%when voltage is 4 500 V, temperature is 90℃and retention time of two electric fields all is 15 min. The water content of crude oil is less than 0.5%after first stage separation, the result is very good.
