采用对苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸和多元醇先进行酯化反应,再加入顺9,12-十八碳二烯醇进行共缩聚的直接酯化新工艺,合成了PET共聚酯树脂。通过PET共聚酯树脂与聚酯母料(含有TiO2、SiO2)共混、熔融、拉伸,制得了高阻隔水蒸汽PET共聚酯薄膜。分析了影响PET共聚酯树脂及其薄膜性能的相关因素。结果表明:制得的PET共聚酯薄膜的水蒸汽透过率为1.0 g/(m2·24 h),明显低于纯PET聚酯薄膜的水蒸汽透过率。

A novel PET copolyester resin was synthesized by esterification reaction among p-phthalic acid, m-phthalic acid and polyol and then by copolycondensation reaction adding 9,12-octadecadien-1-ol. A co-polyester film with high barrier to water vapor was prepared through blending, melting and stretching of the PET copolyester resin and polyester masterbatch containing TiO2 and SiO2, and the related factors in-fluencing the properties of the PET copolyester resin and its film were analyzed. The results show that the water vapor transmission rate of the PET copolyester film is 1.0g/(m2·24h), which is lower than that of the pure PET polyester film.
