主要研究了不同结构的脂肪酸捕收剂浮选白钨矿的性能关系,并且从脂肪酸烃基中的双键数目、碳链的长短、加入羟基、碳链异构这4个方面研究了脂肪酸类捕收剂对白钨矿捕收性能的影响,并通过测量白钨矿的吸附量和热力学△G-pH计算来说明存在这种差异的可能性。实验结果表明:不同结构的脂肪酸类捕收剂对白钨矿的捕收能力存在差别。不饱和脂肪酸不饱和程度越大,浮选效果越好;脂肪酸碳链碳原子数目在一定范围内时,其浮选白钨矿的效果随着碳原子数目的增加而加强;碳链异构的烃链不饱和脂肪酸比正构烃链的不饱和脂肪酸,浮选白钨矿的效果要好些;当脂肪酸分子引入羟基时,浮选效果反而不如没有羟基的脂肪酸。

This paper studies the fatty acid of different structure property relationship of trap agent of scheelite flotation. Four aspects of fatty acid collectors of scheelite trapping effect performance, including double bond number, from fatty acid alkyl carbon chain length of carbon chain isomerism, adding hydroxyl, are calculated by measuring the adsorption of scheelite and thermodynamics of △G-pH to illustrate the possibility of the existence of this difference. The experimental results show that: the fatty acids of different structures of the collecting ability between collector on scheelite varies. The higher the unsaturated fatty acid unsaturation degree, the better the flotation effects; the carbon atoms number of fatty acid carbon chain is within a certain range; the scheelite flotation effect increases with the increase of the number of carbon atoms; hydrocarbon chain unsaturated fatty acid of the carbon chain isomerism effects better than unsaturated fatty acid of normal hydrocarbon chain in scheelite flotation; when the moleculars of fatty acids are intrduced into hydroxyl, flotation effects are worse than that of the hydroxyl without fatty acid.
