针对易碎、性脆的某钨多金属矿,通过实验室的磨矿优化条件试验,确定了实验室磨矿条件为充填率45%、磨矿时间4 min、磨矿浓度67%、磨机转速200 r/min、精确化球径的配比为:Φ50∶Φ40∶Φ30=25%∶25%∶50%。然后通过精确化实验验证了在上述条件下,19~74μm范围内的品位最高,符合钨矿的嵌布粒度区间和解离区间,小于10μm的金属分布比现场有所降低,磨矿产品的粒度特性和金属分布特性全面得到改善。

This paper describes the grinding optimization of a fragile, brittle tungsten polymetallic ore. According to the laboratory conditions test, the laboratory grinding conditions of filling rate of 45 %, grinding time of 4 min, grinding concentration of 67 %, ratio of speed 200 r/min, precision ball diameter: Φ50∶Φ40∶Φ30=25%∶25%∶50%were obtained. Then verified by precision experiments under the above conditions, the interval of 19~74μm is the highest grade which is in line with the range of dissemination size and dissociation for tungsten ore, the interval of -10 μm metal distribution is decreased than that of the site. The characteristics of particle size and metal distribution of the grinding product are improved comprehensivly.
