在对虚拟加工和虚拟企业研究的基础之上,提出了一个新的基于系统设计的网络加工系统框架,同步网络设计平台的关键技术包括协作机制、协作规律、协作效率。由于协作效率是同步协作设计技术的主要瓶颈,通过试验演示了系统的可操作性。最后利用相关的软件工具展示了该系统的优势。
在對虛擬加工和虛擬企業研究的基礎之上,提齣瞭一箇新的基于繫統設計的網絡加工繫統框架,同步網絡設計平檯的關鍵技術包括協作機製、協作規律、協作效率。由于協作效率是同步協作設計技術的主要瓶頸,通過試驗縯示瞭繫統的可操作性。最後利用相關的軟件工具展示瞭該繫統的優勢。

Based on the analysis of the previous research in virtual manufacturing and virtual enterprises , this paper provides a novel architecture of networked manufacturing system around the cooperative design .The key technologies for synchronous cooperative design in networked manufacturing system around the cooperative mech -anism, cooperative rules , control authority conveyed , cooperative efficiency are detailed , with which a synchro-nous cooperative design system is developed .As the cooperative efficiency is the major bottleneck of the synchro-nous cooperative design over internet , this research details the test and experiment to demonstrate the practicality of the system .Finally the advantages of the system are illustrated comparing with current software tools .
