详细阐述了目前我国白钨矿冶炼的技术现状,分析了现有工艺中所面临的技术问题。针对这些问题,需要将选冶有机结合,降低选精矿品位要求,以提高钨的选矿回收率。相应需要开发出适合于处理低品位复杂白钨矿的新浸出体系,这样可使选冶的综合回收率提升10%~15%;并且新的浸出体系应有利于伴生元素的综合利用;有利于钨钼的简单分离;有利于大幅度地减少废水和有害盐的排放。

This paper studies the technology status of scheelite metallurgy in China by analyzing the existing technology problems. Scheelite dressing and metallurgy need to be integrated to reduce the requirements of concentrate grade for improving the dressing recovery. Correspondingly, a new leaching system suitable to treat low grade scheelite concentrate should be developed. The comprehensive recovery can be raised by 10 %~15%. Additionally, new leaching system should be helpful to the comprehensive utilization of associated el-ement, W-Mo separation, waste water and harmful salt reduction.
