目的：探讨长期服用氯氮平对精神分裂症患者心肌酶的影响。方法：观察符合精神分裂症诊断标准，且用氯氮平治疗时间超过三年的患者作为研究对象，共收集282例，检测其心肌酶：肌酸激酶（CK）、肌酸激酶同工酶MB 亚型（CK-MB）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）、α-羟基丁酸脱氢酶（HBDH）、谷草转氨酶（AST）。结果：心肌酶各项指标均有不同程度的升高，以肌酸激酶（CK）最为显著，P＜0.01。结论：长期服用氯氮平可导致精神分裂症患者的心肌酶不同程度的升高，应定期监测心肌酶，预防心脏疾病的发生，避免猝死的发生。
목적：탐토장기복용록담평대정신분렬증환자심기매적영향。방법：관찰부합정신분렬증진단표준，차용록담평치료시간초과삼년적환자작위연구대상，공수집282례，검측기심기매：기산격매（CK）、기산격매동공매MB 아형（CK-MB）、유산탈경매（LDH）、α-간기정산탈경매（HBDH）、곡초전안매（AST）。결과：심기매각항지표균유불동정도적승고，이기산격매（CK）최위현저，P＜0.01。결론：장기복용록담평가도치정신분렬증환자적심기매불동정도적승고，응정기감측심기매，예방심장질병적발생，피면졸사적발생。
Objective:to study the long-term use of clozapine myocardial enzymes in patients with schizophrenia.Methods be-tween January 2011 and December 2011,in line with the Chinese classification and diagnostic criteria for mental disorders in the third edition (CCMD -3)diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia,and treatment with clozapine for more than three years of patients as the re-search object,282 cases were collected and detected the myocardial enzyme creatine kinase (CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme MB sub-types (CK -MB),lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),alpha (hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (HBDH),aspertate aminotransferase (AST).Results myocardial enzyme the indicators to some extent,the rise of creatine kinase (CK)in the most significant,P<0.01. Conclusion:long-term use of clozapine can cause myocardial enzymes in patients with schizophrenia in different degree rise,myocar-dial enzymes should be monitored regularly and the prevention of heart disease to avoid the occurrence of sudden death.
