目的：探索方便有效的治疗青少年近视眼的治疗方法。方法：利用He-Ne激光穴位照射辅助电脉冲刺激。结果：He -Ne激光穴位照射辅助电脉冲刺激治疗青少年近视的疗效与下列因素有关：患者治疗前的裸眼视力、年龄、病程长短、治疗时间长短等。治疗的有效率与患者治疗前视力、年龄、病史成反比，与He-Ne激光穴位照射辅助电脉冲刺激治疗时间成正比。结论：电脉冲刺激穴位治疗青少年近视疗效值得肯定。但青少年近视重在预防，应做到早发现、早治疗。
목적：탐색방편유효적치료청소년근시안적치료방법。방법：이용He-Ne격광혈위조사보조전맥충자격。결과：He -Ne격광혈위조사보조전맥충자격치료청소년근시적료효여하렬인소유관：환자치료전적라안시력、년령、병정장단、치료시간장단등。치료적유효솔여환자치료전시력、년령、병사성반비，여He-Ne격광혈위조사보조전맥충자격치료시간성정비。결론：전맥충자격혈위치료청소년근시료효치득긍정。단청소년근시중재예방，응주도조발현、조치료。
Objective :To investigate the convenient and effective method of the treatment of juvenile myopia .Methods :Using He-Ne laser acupoint irradiation assisted by electric pulse stimulation .Results :The curative effect of He -Ne laser acupoint irradiation assisted by electric pulse stimulation of juvenile myopia is related to the following factors :naked vision before treatment ,age ,disease duration ,duration of treatment .The treatment efficiency is inversely proportional to eyesight of patients before treatment ,age ,medical history ,and proportional to the duration of He - Ne laser acupoint irradiation assisted by electric pulse stimulation .Conclusion :The curative effect of juvenile myopia using He - Ne laser acupoint irradiation assisted by electric pulse stimulation is worthy of recognition .The prevention of juvenile myopia is very importment and it should accomplish early discovery and treatment .
