采用火焰喷涂及激光重熔工艺在AZ31镁合金表面制备Al合金化层,以期改善镁合金的表面性能。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等材料表征手段分析了合金化层显微组织结构特征,利用显微硬度计测量合金化层深度方向上的显微硬度,利用MRH3摩擦磨损实验机测试合金化层的耐磨性能。通过阳极极化实验评价了激光合金化组织的腐蚀性能。结果表明,AZ31镁合金激光合金化层的硬度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性能明显提高,这归因于合金化层中密集分布的Mg2Al3、Mg17Al12等金属间化合物相。

Laser Al alloying of AZ31 magnesium alloy with spraying and laser remelting technology for improvement of its surface performances was investigated .The microstructural features of the alloying layer were characterized by using X ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electronic microscope (SEM) , the mechanical properties were tested by the microhardness measurements and the MRH 3 wear tests .Anodic polarization test was applied to evaluate the corrosion performance of alloying layer .The results show that the hardness ,wear and corrosion resistance of alloying layers considerably improves compared with the matrix , due to the intermetallic compounds of Mg 2Al3、Mg17Al12 in alloyed layers .
