利用模压成型法制备了丁基橡胶压磁复合薄膜,并研究了粉体粒径和薄膜厚度对其压磁性能的影响规律。结果表明:复合薄膜的阻抗随着粉体粒径和薄膜厚度的减小而增大;阻抗变化幅度随着粉体粒径的减小呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,随着薄膜厚度的减小而减小。用复合薄膜的压磁性能的等效电路模型对实验结果进行了理论分析,所得结论与实验结果相符合。
利用模壓成型法製備瞭丁基橡膠壓磁複閤薄膜,併研究瞭粉體粒徑和薄膜厚度對其壓磁性能的影響規律。結果錶明:複閤薄膜的阻抗隨著粉體粒徑和薄膜厚度的減小而增大;阻抗變化幅度隨著粉體粒徑的減小呈現齣先增大後減小的趨勢,隨著薄膜厚度的減小而減小。用複閤薄膜的壓磁性能的等效電路模型對實驗結果進行瞭理論分析,所得結論與實驗結果相符閤。

Composite film was prepared from the Fe78Si9B13amorphous powders as reinforced material and butyl rubber as matrix by means of molding to shape, and influences of particle size and film thickness on the piezomagnetic property is also studied. The results showed that the impedance of composite film increases with the smaller particle size and the thinner film thickness. The results also showed that the rangeability of impedance increases first and then decreases with decreasing particle size and decreases with the thinner film thickness. The experimental results are theoretically analyzed with equivalent circuit model of piezomagnetic property of composite film and the conclusions are consistent with the experimental results.
