根据公安部门的需求，对野战炊事车的原理和使用环境进行分析，设计出适合公安团队外出长时间执行任务的出勤保障炊事车。通过对炊事车底盘动力性和通过性的选择及车厢2种结构形式（翼开门式方舱结构和密封式方舱结构）的具体设计方案进行分析，阐述了炊事车的特点及其使用功能。

According to the needs of public security departments , a field battle kitchen truck was designed suitable for the public security team to carry out Automobile outdoors tasks for a long time on the basis of the principles of field kitchen truck and application environment .Through the analysis of choose of the dynamic and passing performance of the cooking vehicle'chassis and the design of two kinds of structure form of the vehicle compartment ( wing opening square cabin structure and sealed cabin structure ) , the characteristics and functions of the kitchen truck were expounded .
