The feasibility of the smart distribution automa-tion in the city centre is demonstrated,and the networking solutions of FFTB and FFTH are proposed with the customer premises FF-TH scheme as a point of penetration. On this basis, combined with the characteristics of the city centre, reconstruction programmes of FTTH in typical power supply districts such as commercial areas, residential areas, industrial areas are proposed and demonstrated to have echnical guidance value.
