分析了影响半导体制冷片产冷量与制冷效率的因素,设计出一种与制冷空间相分离的制冷器,并进行了恒定产冷量制冷实验,得到半导体制冷器在不同制冷功率、外界环境和制冷器安装位置等条件下的实验数据。利用Matlab数学软件对实验数据进行整理分析,得到不同条件下的温度曲线,并提出优化设计理念。该实验研究为半导体制冷系统的优化设计提供了实验依据。
分析瞭影響半導體製冷片產冷量與製冷效率的因素,設計齣一種與製冷空間相分離的製冷器,併進行瞭恆定產冷量製冷實驗,得到半導體製冷器在不同製冷功率、外界環境和製冷器安裝位置等條件下的實驗數據。利用Matlab數學軟件對實驗數據進行整理分析,得到不同條件下的溫度麯線,併提齣優化設計理唸。該實驗研究為半導體製冷繫統的優化設計提供瞭實驗依據。

This article analyze the factors that affect the cooling capacity and cooling efficiency of semiconductor cooling tablet ,design a refrigeration separated from the cooling space , do the experiments by using the constant cooling capacity refrigeration , to acquire the experimental data of semiconductor cooling system in different cooling power , in different external environment and different refrigeration in-stallation location , and other conditions .Use Matlab mathematical software to analyze the experimental data to obtain the temperature curves under different conditions .Make a summary of the experimental re-sults, state the influences of different factors on the performance of the semiconductor refrigeration and propose an optimal design philosophy .The experimental study provide a experimental basis for the opti-mization of semiconductor refrigeration system design .
