对电网企业建筑电耗现状进行调研。详细分析电网企业建筑的主要类型及能耗分项计量情况,对在建筑电耗中占比最大的照明设备、空调系统建立节电潜力评估模型,从节能设备和管理手段2个方面有针对性地提出节电改造建议,并以某大型供电局办公大楼、某通信大楼和某220 kV变电站等3个建筑为例进行深入分析,展示节电改造效果,最后对南方电网整体建筑节电潜力进行了概算。

Building power consumptionis are analysed in de-tail by sorting the building type and expatiating the subentrymeasure-ment of power grid enterprises.The models of lighting equipment and airconditioning system are built because they account for the largest proportion of building power consumption. Then the power-saving countermeasures are discussed by proposing the power-saving rec-ommendations based on energy equipment and management tools. The power saving effect is showed by taking an office building of a large power supply bureau,a communication building and a 220 kV substation as examples. In the end of this paper, the budgetary esti-mateand countermeasureis madefor the overall building power-sav-ing potential of CSG.
