综合考虑应急求援中的损毁道路修复、临时道路新修、较差道路平整3种道路修整工作,从占用物资和影响车辆通行时间2个方面对道路修整工作进行了分析。从需求点物资未满足量和配送时延角度,构建了道路修整与应急车辆路径的集成优化模型。该模型无需分层优化,无论可能修整路段是多还是少,只需进行一次优化。提出粒子群优化算法的求解方法。优化算例验证了所提出模型和算法的可行性。

Repair of damaged roads , building of new temporary roads , leveling of poor roads is con-sidered together .The repair work is analyzed from two aspects:occupation of materials and influence on traffic time.The integration optimization model of road repair and emergency vehicle routing is build from two angles: the amount of materials not supplied enough in demand points and distribution delay .Only one time optimization is needed if this model is used .There is no hierarchical optimization .The optimiza-tion method based on particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed .Simulation validated the feasibili-ty of proposed model and algorithm .
