为了研究复合肥洗涤液中氯离子浓度对硝酸基复合肥水溶液热稳定性影响,利用自行研制的临界爆炸测试装置对硝酸基复合肥水溶液的热安全性进行测试。结果表明,不同浓度氯离子对硝酸基复合肥水溶液临界爆炸温度影响较大,复合肥水溶液的分解温度随着氯离子浓度的增大呈先降低后升高的趋势。研究结果对硝酸基复合肥的安全生产具有指导意义。
為瞭研究複閤肥洗滌液中氯離子濃度對硝痠基複閤肥水溶液熱穩定性影響,利用自行研製的臨界爆炸測試裝置對硝痠基複閤肥水溶液的熱安全性進行測試。結果錶明,不同濃度氯離子對硝痠基複閤肥水溶液臨界爆炸溫度影響較大,複閤肥水溶液的分解溫度隨著氯離子濃度的增大呈先降低後升高的趨勢。研究結果對硝痠基複閤肥的安全生產具有指導意義。

In order to study the effect of chloride ion concentration of compound fertilizer in the washing liquid to the thermal stability of nitrato compound fertilizer solution , the thermal safety of nitrato compound fertilizer in aque-ous solution was tested by a self-develpoed critical explosion test device .The results showed that the different con-centration of chloride ion had a great effect on the critical explosion temperature of nitrato compound fertilizer in a -queous solution .The decomposition temperature of composite fertilizer solution increased at first and then decreased with the increase of chloride ion concentration .The result has guiding significance to the safety production of nitro compound fertilizer .
