肺部结核病形成空洞者并不少见，而空洞型肺结核病人的痰涂片阳性检出率非常高。本文通过对71例空洞型肺结核病人的医学影像学资料及其痰涂片结果进行分析对比，结果显示：首先，空洞型肺结核病人的痰涂片阳性检出率确实非常高；同时，痰涂片阳性的空洞型肺结核病人的医学影像学信息显示一些共同特点。为此，读医学影像学资料对高度考虑空洞型肺结核、痰中能检出结核菌的病人应进行认真、仔细、反复的痰涂片检查，提高空洞型肺结核病人的痰涂片阳性检出率，为结核病控制和肺部空洞性病变的鉴别诊断提供帮助。
