氯沙坦是目前临床广泛使用的一线降血压药物，随着使用经验的积累，逐渐发现了其除降低血压外的其他作用，如保护肾脏，降低尿酸，改善胰岛素抵抗，促进骨骼肌重塑，延缓、逆转组织器官纤维化，治疗肾移植后红细胞增多症，提高认知能力以及抗消化道溃疡等。本文通过查阅国内外文献，对目前氯沙坦的临床应用及作用机制研究情况进行综述。

Losartan is widely used in clinical as First-line antihypertensive drug, With the accumulation of experience, in addition to reduce blood pressure,its other functions were found gradually, such as protection kidney, reduce the uric acid, improve insulin resistance, delay or promote skeletal muscle remodeling, reversion of the tissues and organs fibrosis, treatment erythrocytosis disorder after kidney transplantation, and increase the perception ability and anti peptic ulcer, etc. This article reviews current clinical application and mechanism of losartan through consult literatures home and abroad.
