通过有限元法验证了阶梯型变幅杆解析法设计的可靠性。首先利用传统解析法设计了一种常用阶梯型变幅杆,然后通过有限元分析软件AMSYS Workbench 12.1进行了模态分析和谐响应分析,把仿真得到的变幅杆固有频率、小端面的振动位移以及变幅杆的应力值和解析法设计值进行比较,验证了解析法的可靠性。

A method of finite element is used to validate the reliability on using analytic method to design ladder ultrasonic horns . Firstly ,a frequently-used ladder horn is designed by analytic method ,and then ,modal and harmony response analysis are carried out on them by finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench 12 .1 .In this way ,the intrinsic frequency of the horn ,relative displacement of small end face and the maximum value of stress are ascertained ,and the errors between the simulation results and the results calculated by analytic method are compared ,the results validate the reliability of analytic design .
