目的常见门急救对心源性、肺源性过敏性哮喘的鉴别及治疗分析。方法选取2002年2月至2012年1月进行门诊急救的急性气喘的60岁以上老年患者124例进行鉴别并及时治疗，比较疗效。结果66例为肺源性哮喘，38例为心源性哮喘，9例过敏性哮喘，经及时用药后缓解；11例哮喘症状未及时诊断，入院后治疗，9例好转，2例死亡。结论准确及时的鉴别诊断对治疗抢救病人，赢得宝贵时间至关重要。
목적상견문급구대심원성、폐원성과민성효천적감별급치료분석。방법선취2002년2월지2012년1월진행문진급구적급성기천적60세이상노년환자124례진행감별병급시치료，비교료효。결과66례위폐원성효천，38례위심원성효천，9례과민성효천，경급시용약후완해；11례효천증상미급시진단，입원후치료，9례호전，2례사망。결론준학급시적감별진단대치료창구병인，영득보귀시간지관중요。
Objective Common door emergency on cardiogenic pulmonary allergic asthma in identification and treatment analysis. Methods From 2002 February to 2012 January outpatient emergency of acute asthma patients aged over 60 years in 124 cases were identified and treated promptly, the comparative efficacy. Results 66 patients for pulmonary asthma, 38 cases cardiac asthma, 9 cases of allergic asthma, after timely treatment after remission; 11 cases of asthma symptoms did not timely diagnosis, admission to hospital after treatment, 9 cases improved, 2 cases of death. Conclusions Accurate and timely diagnosis to treatment for rescuing the patients, to win the precious time is critical.
