以含氢硅油、烯丙醇聚醚和烯丙基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯甲基醚为原料,在催化剂氯铂酸作用下,合成了不同结构聚醚改性硅油,用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行表征.单因素试验结果表明:在95℃、7 h、催化剂用量20μg/g条件下,Si-H转化率可达93.6%.n(烯丙醇聚醚)∶n(烯丙基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯甲基醚)=4∶1时,改性硅油水溶液表面张力为28.6 mN/m,浊点为24℃.将改性硅油用作消泡剂并测试了其消泡、抑泡性能.

Different structures of polyether modified silicone defoamers were prepared by polyhydrosili-cone oil, al yl alcohol polyether and al yl polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene methylether, using chloroplatinic ac-id as the catalyst. The chemical structure was characterized by infrared spectrum (IR) and proton nuclear mag-netic resonance (1HNMR). The results of single factor experiments showed that under the conditions of 95 ℃, 7 h, and catalyst dosage of 20 μg/g, the Si-H conversion rate could reach 93.6%. When the molar ratio of al-lyl alcohol polyether and al yl polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene methylether was 4∶1, the surface tension of modified silicone oil aqueous solution was 28.6 mN/m and the cloud point achieved 24 ℃. The modified sili-cone oil was used as defoamer and the defoaming performance were tested.
