“卓越工程师培养计划”是中国工程实践教育改革的重大举措，而高校产学研合作是实施该计划改革的核心和重点。文章在分析中国工程实践教育存在问题的基础上，通过借鉴国外高校产学研合作的成功经验，应用“三重螺旋”模式，结合作者所在学院的具体情况，对“卓越计划”产学研工程实践模式进行了探索。

The“Program of Educating and Training Excellent Engineers”is a significant measure taken in the reform of engineering practice education ,and university-industry cooperation of colleges and universities is the focus of this program .The existent problems of Chinese higher education are analyzed .The successful experience of international universities was referred to .The “Triple Helix Theory” is used .Concerning the case of the institute ,the mode of university-industry cooperation engineering practice for the program is explored .
